We have a combined total of more than 80 years of experience and actively practice in a number of areas.

Judd L. Peskin, who has been a lawyer since 1976, concentrates in personal injury, workers' compensation, and corporate/partnership law. His experience in the business world - as president of a manufacturing company and strategy consultant for Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen consulting) - gives him a rare and valued perspective in dealing with commercial litigation matters, business formation, non-competition agreements, corporate "divorces" and partnership dissolutions.

Nyles L. Courchesne has, over the term of his career, become expert in the field of real estate and is capable of handling all related items such as the formation of realty trusts, commercial loans and financing, residential closings, refinances, zoning and Title V septic issues. He also concentrates in estate planning and probate.

Jonathan H. Allen began his career as a commercial litigator specializing in commercial collections, and continues to do so. He also concentrates in construction litigation and general commercial litigation.

Richard P. Courchesne, of counsel, has been a practicing attorney since 1971. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, cooperative and condominium conversions and commercial leasing.
